Koelbel and Company, master developer of Rendezvous, is seeing a
definite upswing in resort home sales this new season, as skiers
return to the market around Winter Park Resort. Right now
Rendezvous has six of its luxury sized, ranch-style ProngHorn
townhomes under construction for 2011-12 ski season delivery - four
of them already under contract.
"ProngHorn offers a perfect Grand County resort home for this
